The Crown & Anchor — Restaurant in England

Visited this pub recently. I enjoyed the atmosphere here, it is cosy as described, the locals & staff were friendly & there is a large car park. However, I use a wheelchair & chose to visit this pub as it states in its description on Google maps that it has a wheelchair accessible entrance & wheelchair accessible toilets. It does not have wheelchair access, as there were two steps down through the main door on the high street. I don't know if there is another entrance - we were told there wasn't. I could only get in (& out again) because patrons were kind enough to help with the wheelchair. I live locally and visited here on 31/05/2020. They were closed during COVID, so I left straight away. There was no way to validate parking (well entry) because the pub was obviously closed, yet I was later issued a parking charge by Britannia Parking via DCB Legal. Was a fairly busy night, acoustic singer was really good, drinks are very nicely priced and are nice, it's normally a nice chilled out and relaxed pub, atmosphere was slightly ruined by a group of 18-20 year old running around, screaming, making a mess and being quite intrusive...
