The Crown Inn — Restaurant in England

A little rough around the edges and considering the age and beauty of the building, I feel more could be done to restore or be kind to it. A few more local taps would be nice, other than the Carling/strongbow types.

Other than that, the people drinking there seemed friendly and the lady behind the bar did as well, there was also a friendly dog inside. Price is incredibly cheap so that’s good too. Menu looked a little inclusive, but didn’t have time to try...

An experience that's for sure. The landlady and landlord were very happy and welcomed you. It was very quiet when we arrived, a few local people in the bar, and i have to say all men. At first i felt a little awkward as i had my granddaughter with us, but the landlady soon put us at our ease. I will certainly come back as our dog will be allowed in the bar.
