I am severely disabled and I was having a pleasant drink with a lovely young couple Out of nowhere the owner was in my face and I was on my mobility scooter. A what I can only describe as a little, narrow minded rat was hiding behind the owner, and apparently he had said that I had peed in a glass in the woodspring, and threw it over the staff . The owner was basically bullying me, and embarrassing me in front of other customers. He could have rang the woodspring to verify that the whole thing was totally wrong and untrue. It is hard enough being in pain 24/7, and treated like I am inferior to others . I am only 52 and worked hard all my life up until my last 6 vertebre basically collapsed. I really struggle most days to just get out of my house. This was the first time I had been in worle high street for a few years . The owner is a bully and a coward, and he should be ashamed of his actions and behavior. I was threatened and intimated for something that I had never done. Shame on...

Well, where do I begin, firstly I suffer with bad hips and sneaked in the exit only but checked first that I was sticking to the 2 metre rule only to be rudely confronted by the bar person and saying I shouldn't come in that way, I apologised but still continued to go on about it, I work in a place where masks are worn all day. To add to this when he was discussing one of my guests who is 21 he said she couldn't even be in the pub!!!!! At to top it all while he's talking to his manager he a foot away let alone 2 metres and it gets better the manager is mingling with other customers on the bench clearly not adhering to the social distancing guidelines. Usually come in here for a half a pint of lemonade or recently a glass of water before work as it’s closest… won’t be doing that anymore as the staff is so rude.

old lady with short blonde hair gave me a disgusting attitude when asking for prices and times. Gave me a tiny glass of water and when I asked if they’re open after I finish work she judged me and said “are you just going to come in for a glass of water then?” I replied no I was going to come in for a pint as I can’t drink before work.
