Shocking service by Harry. Having called in advance of our planned visit to say that we need an outside room due having dogs in our car, we were assured that having 3 people we would get an outside room. We also stated on the online booking form what our needs were. When we then arrive to be told that no we havenât been given an outside room and we were as far from the car park as you could get. Haven shown our booking information and advised of our call we were told tuff they are all booked. There was no care, no apology, no customer service at all.
