Totally spoiled our Friday evening! Cold food delivered, more than 30% content of each dish ordered was oil (despite of telling them to put less oil to which the person on phone said he has notified the chef about), tasteless and worthless. On top of everything, the management responded to our polite call (which was meant to be just a feedback) in such a disgust that I was forced to take it to this level. I was told that Indian food is meant to be this oily and cold! I am an Indian residing in the UK for 10 years and they should be ashamed of calling themselves an Indian restaurant! I know much better indian restaurants in Northampton! Having read your sarcastic replies to reviews on tripadvisor, I know how cold your management's reaction to this will be! I have ordered vegetarian dishes from here before to discover that much of it was made from very large chunks of potato. I thought I would give it another try as it may have been am off night. I ordered the vegetable thali. This should be a variety of small dishes of different flavours and spices. From some restaurants this is a good vegetarian choice to share. Mine was a huge disappointment. The vegetable curry was a large chunk of potato with a thin curry sauce. The bombay aloo consisted of two large chunks of potato in a thin curry sauce. The aloo gobi consisted of a large chunks of potato with some cauliflower in a thin curry sauce. You can see a theme here. This was not recognisable as a vegetable thali. There was no variety in the main dishes. Thankfully the onion bhajis and the naan were better, but overall this is not good value unless you put a high price on large...

Placed an order for delivery. 30 mins had passed after the latest arrival time. Called them to be told it would be leaving in 10 mins. Another 45 mins later I called again to be told it still hadn't even left yet. No apology, won't be using again.

Edit: I rang after the 1hr 15 delay to cancel the order as we sorted something else. 1hr 45mins after the latest time of arrival door goes. Driver with our food, I told him I didn't want it he wouldn't take it away.
