The Pantry — Restaurant in England

The Pantry is a really nice place and would have got 5 stars Like most people there are things I like and don’t like so when I asked to have the breakfast and for them to take of the egg mushrooms and tomato and add hash browns, only to be huffed rudely and to be told the chefs really busy he might not want to go of menu.... and be told she will have to ask, at that point I nearly walked out instead I said well if can’t be done I’ll have a sausage sandwich. Food turned up and wow they managed to do what I asked... food actually was really nice bacon and sausages clearly locally sourced and tasted yum. Toast was made from thick cut bread only issue was not enough butter to cover over half Must be a shortage on butter as my wife’s jacket didn’t come with butter ether.... advise don’t be rude to customers, make the breakfast changeable as people add and take away Don’t hold back on butter, Saying all that price was ok and food was nice and only one member of staff was rude the rest...

Ordered food through UE as I can't close my shop to get out for lunch. At the hour mark called to confirm all is OK and was advised food is out for delivery. Called by the driver to say they can't find parking and they asked me to meet to collect, this means me closing my shop and walking 10 minutes to collect food, not really an option for me. They ended up cancelling the order. Over an hour waiting for nothing. You can see the delivery address is a shopping mall, if you can't deliver don't accept the order. Can't comment on the food quality as I haven't tasted it. Lady at the store seemed nice on the phone, the delivery driver seemed fed up and kind of acted like it was my fault. 2 hours later and still...

Terrible. Ordered from Uber Eats,/ and it never arrived. Waited over an hour even though delivery time said 20-40 minuted. Called multiple times and no answer therefore weren't even given an updated ETA. In the end I had to get the order cancelled and get refunded by Uber themselves. I understand being busy, or busier than usual, but not answering calls and responding to queries? Terrible. There are much busier restaurants that answer calls at...
