Absolutely shocking customer service! Was left for 15 mins without any drink that I ordered and everyone else who was served had their drinks within 3 mins. Was served a warm hot chocolate and then had to ask for the rest of order which they got wrong! So had to return and wait another 5 mins for my correct order. Had no apology what so ever!! They didn’t care....

Very expensive, with only some prices of things listed. I paid £23.80 for 3 standard slushy drinks, 1 cookie (small not a large cookie), 1 millionaire slice and a small pot of Pringles.
