The White Hart — Restaurant in England

Visited for Sunday lunch. Lovely location. Ordered Roast Lamb and Roast Chicken. More than enough food. Came with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, carrots, parsnips, broccoli and gravy. Choice of sauces, we had mint and cranberry. Afterwards we had Apple Pie (lattice), one with custard and one with cream. Food was well presented, hot and very tasty. We also had a pint of soft drink, one vodka coke and two cups of tea. Bill came in under £60. Staff are lovely, friendly and hospitable. The dining area is well decorated and comfortable. A really lovely experience!

The service was excellent – attentive, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we walked in.

The pub itself has a wonderful historical charm, full of character and atmosphere, which makes it a great spot to relax. The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for both casual drinks and a nice meal.

The location is fantastic, easy to find, with spacious free parking available which is a huge bonus. The food was great too – well presented, tasty, and clearly made with care.

Definitely a place worth visiting and one I’ll happily return...

What a wonderful traditional British pub. Well manicured gardens, even for this time of year. Inside is very comfortable and a welcoming roaring log fire. Landlord is really friendly, in fact, all the staff are very friendly and simply nice people to be around. It's very homely. Toilets are immaculate.

The menu is great, something for everyone. Food is cooked to order and always very hot and fresh. A nice specials board. The pie is delicious, home baked and well filled. It's not a poncey gastro pub, traditional upscale meals. Good selection of beers,...
