Tony's Tavern — Restaurant in England

Called in for lunch. Wife has some intolerances, onion garlic and mushrooms. Also fructose in certain drink mixers. So after finding out they use Britvic and Schweppes tonics the wife happily had her G&T. After looking at the menu and talking to who we think was Tony, we chose the Beef and Ale pie for myself and the Stirfried Beef, slightly altered to ensure no onions mushroom and garlic, for the wife. The food came out quickly and the portions were very generous. Both meals were very tasty. Such a lovely little restaurant. The staff are really friendly, the food is great value for money and is so delicious. We booked in for breakfast one day and loved it so much, we ended up returning for breakfast for the following three days! We had a selection of large, standard, vegetarian and vegan breakfasts, and were impressed with all of them. The food was great quality and cooked to perfection. I would definitely recommend visiting Tony's Tavern if you are in the area. We can't wait to return during our next trip to Cornwall....

What a fantastic day we had for our wedding reception, the food was absolutely delicious and the selection gluten free options were excellent. The room was decorated beautifully, all the staff went above and beyond everyone had and amazingly day, the children particularly loved the outside play area.
