Been here before thought it was great, came back recently. I didn't even get a chance to sit down and eat this time. terrible customer service, standing around chatting, rude servers who seem oblivious that people are waiting at a sign that says please wit here to be seated. Then get asked if I'm ok.....no I'm waiting for a table and have been waiting for a while. And then hear some very loudly behind the bar shout no more breakfasts. this was at 1130(yes slightly late) but considering I was standing there for a while before being seen too is a joke to hear that and not been offered. no where does your website say this, if it's going to be stopped it should say also if people are waiting this should be offered. Disappointing visit today. Long wait to be seated. Advertised as “very dog friendly” but one of our dogs quickly became stressed by the noise of cutlery being clattered around in the restaurant area by a gentleman throwing it into drawers. This continued throughout our visit. With dogs returned to the car, I had to ask for glasses for our drinks and there was a long wait for food. Others had complaints too. After raising concerns, part of our order appeared. One incorrect meal had to be returned. Vegetables were scarce in the roasted pveg panini. Staff had to ask what we had ordered before the rest arrived. Not very good...
