Tuscano — Restaurant in England

Used to like there pizza years ago but went off them a couple years back because the quality was no where near the same. A few months ago I walked into the shop 1 night to order 2 pizzas after work as seen outside they had a offer on collection orders of 2 pizza, but when I asked for my order he said rudely "no offer on tonight" and I asked why he said "because no offer" so sacked it off because of how he spoke to me.... However the other day a young lad put there menu in my door so thought I would give it another go. Mabey they were just busy that night and stressed.. However yesterday I rang the number on my newly given menu and rang 3 times and no answer... rang today 4 times, no answer again. I rang for about 5 minutes and wasn't able to order food... I just really don't understand the point of paying a lad and printing menus to put them in my door just to not answer phone when trying order.... it's a shame as 5+ years this was my go to pizza order but don't even see my self bothering in the future. And i bet this place has seen loss in business over the years and blame it on other factors even though in reality it is them...

Food arrived early yet was cold; went straight in the bin. No doner meat on burger. I specifically requested salad, with no tomatoes on anything: received only tomatoes, no other salad. Chips had clearly been reheated and were tiny in size (despite costing £3 for a 'large' portion). Chicken kebab was scrunched up and thrown into a bag, dripping with excessive amounts of garlic mayo, and wet tomatoes just slapped on top. All around vile experience, and felt the restaurant were actually trying to mock us with the salad. Pretty nasty if you ask me, and when the wife has just finished work at midnight it's the last thing we need. Tried to call the restaurant to rectify, and it just dialled out repeatedly over the course of 15 minutes on two separate phones. I don't know what we have done to offend the person(s) who have prepared our order, but overall the service received indicates the restaurant were insulted simply to have received our order, judging by their lack of response. We'll just stick something in the microwave next time, and await the refund for what was a complete waste of £20. Thank you for...

The food we ordered was not the food that was delivered after repeating the order several times over the phone. When I called to complain the manager was incredibly rude and kept interrupting when I was trying to calmly explain the issue, once everything was explained he then continued to shout down the phone in a very harsh manor askin if I could understand English which I found very rude and unnecessary. After spending over 20 minutes on the phone listening to the manager ranting and raving about how I was wrong and he was right despite me explaining that I was in a room with 3 others who all heard the order and even spoke to the manager explaining what they had heard to which he still continued to shout back I eventually just told him we would not be ordering from there again which he quickly snapped back good don't call us again and then he hung up... Terrible service and the food we received beside the fact it was wrong was also foul... Would highly recommend not...
