Its a lovely location, with a perfect view of the water, ideal if you want pre-packaged stuff like fizzy drinks, crisps and chocolate.
I have had mixed experiences with the food, the vegan sausage roll was extremely dry. The pre-packed vegan flapjacks are a great vegan choice, but they don't always have them in. I seem to always miss out on the vegan blueberry croissant :(. They vegan sausage bap is tasty (when they have them) and I do like the crispy French fries! When it is warm, they do have a vegan ice cream option.
Personally I am not a fan of the coffee, it never tastes great. My father in-law was happy with his filtered coffee though.
Again with the service I have had mixed experiences, some have been very kind, but some clearly are fed up, I get it, it is tough dealing with people all day, but come on your interaction might be the only one someone has had all day.

The cappuccino were good and reasonably priced, but the sandwich, although nicely presented (with dressed salad garnish) was expensive for what was served. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The choice of drinks (including alcoholic) was good and the menu included a good selection of dishes ranging from snacks to more substantial meals. The range of cakes and baked items was good and they all looked tasty. Food is cooked and prepared to order so you may have to wait a bit depending on what has been ordered before you. The view over the moorings and reservoir is nice and there are plenty of tables indoors and out. The toilets (unisex with wash basins and hand dryers in the cubicles) had plenty of toilet paper and soap, but could do with a proper clean as the floors and walls were very grubby. We will return next time we're...
