Woodside — Restaurant in England

I would give a 0 but not possible , I have been coming to this place for a month as its the local pub I have just moved into the areas and taken on a project on a house so I have been eating at this establishment with my son past 9pm most often. I've come in tonight and been kicked out by a red haired women with an extremely bad attitude she told someone other than myself that children are not allowed in here after 9pm unless it's a function even though they still served us a round of drinks after 9pm!!! SO UNLESS IM NOT SPENDING AND ENORMOUS AMOUNT I'm not allowed my son in here. Yet another manager gave me a free round of drinks after 9pm because my food was late. Her attitude was extremely bad I've spent lots of money with this establishment and she has treated me like utter gabage.

I will not be returning to this venue even though this is now my local due to the woman with the red hairs attitude. Apparently the sign for not allowing children in this venue after 9pm is on the door! I've taken photos and it is not on the door of this venue!! Not child friendly do not take children here. Agressive confrontational

Just been in tonight been in numerous amounts over the last month just been kicked out with my son tonight because they do not have children past 9pm! the owner said on the previous review HE ACCEPTED AN ORDER FROM US KNOWING it would put him last 9pm to deliver the food past 9pm when we have a child but still took our money and we left at 10pm as a group 5 we ordered a round of mains 2 lots of drinks , pudding and he gave us a free round for being so late with the food. So considering the so called law saying children to be out at 9pm he gave us a free round of drinks encouraging to stay

This establishment has been reported to the council and the police. You will be under investigation. All could of been avoided I'd the lady with the red hair had confronted us politely before we ordered 2 rounds of drinks both after 9pm. The 2003 licencing law as shows below only states children under 16 unaccompanied are not allowed ! You have no signs saying no children after 9pm nothing ! We were looking forward to our first meal out again as a family. But we arrived on time table booked for 12. In side 1 person sitting at a table and 3 tables outside with people so not bizzy. Waited over 20 mins and at 30mins asked for drinks our self's as no one came to us. Then ten mins later ordered food took ages to come out the Broccoli was that hard I could not get my knife into it as the cauliflower too. I know its not has boiled as we do at home but this had not been checked. Waited again another 40ins for plates to be cleared had to ask 3 times for the sweets we ordered and guess what they took over an hour too. The sunda we ordered was half full was told it was like that because it was cream and ice cream what an excuse 🙃 WE WILL NEVER BE COMING HERE AGAIN......
