Wybers Chinese — Restaurant in England

I usually use this Chinese on a regular basis and have no problems however today I ordered for collection from Just Eat I received a text saying it was ready within 5 minutes I drove during busy peak traffic and arrived to pay .

It usually cost me only £4.70 for the same item and it did stayed this whilst ordering it online however when I got to the restaurant I was asked for £5.20 I said to the woman behind the desk that was incorrect as it is £4.70 online , I had only took a £5 note so 20p short I thought they would be okay and let me off since I'm such a regular but no just a sorry and expected me to drive back home for 20p to collect a cold meal, shocking customer services and I'll be taking...

I am editing a 5 star post from a month ago to now a 1 star review based on customer service alone. I ordered via the food hub app and asked for chicken curry with no veg. My order arrived after over an hour wait, only for me to find there was veg in the curry. I contacted the takeaway and asked what they could advise and they refused any form of replacement or refund because "it hadn't shown on their side" despite the fact that I had proof from my app of what I had ordered. I am very disappointed in this service and basically was told I'd just have to bin my order if I didn't want to eat it. Just from this experience alone I will not be ordering...

Absolutely disgusted

Normally a really good service However since it’s been taken over we are far from impressed.Ordered a take away 4 weeks ago,waited 2 hours. Constantly lied too over the phone

Decided to give them a second chance today (Xmas eve) rang order through at 18:15 Sent our daughter to collect food at 19:00 Still not ready now. What a joke.
