After having a fantastic experience here two months ago, we were extremely disappointed with both the food and overall management last night.

We arrived for our 8:00 PM reservation at 8:06 PM, only to be told our table wasn’t ready. We were offered drinks while we waited, but when we asked if they were complimentary to compensate for the delay, the waiter said no. They even attempted to seat us at a makeshift table in the walkway, claiming it was because we were 15 minutes late—which wasn’t true. At first, we thought they were joking, but when we realised they were serious, we declined and ended up being given our table at 8:45pm.

The food took an unreasonably long time to arrive, and we were left waiting for our mains for what felt like forever. By the time we finally received our meals at 9:30 PM, we were already frustrated, and to make matters worse, the food was disappointing. We ordered the “Prawn Nairobi,” but the sauce was bland, overly tomato-heavy, and filled with heaps of onions. When the waiter checked in and we mentioned that we didn’t enjoy it as much as our previous visit, he simply responded that everything—the chef, the ingredients—was the same, then walked off.

Despite the long wait, poor service, and disappointing food, no compensation or discount was offered. The restaurant comes across as tight, greedy, and poorly managed. If they can’t handle their reservations properly, they shouldn’t accept them. Overall, a frustrating and...

Terrible service and an extremely rude manager. My experience at this restaurant was appalling from start to finish. The service was subpar, with orders taken incorrectly, and one dish, 'Paneer Mutter,' was misleading. Shockingly, there was no paneer in the dish—it was made with mozzarella instead. When I questioned this, the staff argued and dismissed my concerns, turning the entire experience into a nightmare.

The manager's behavior was particularly unacceptable. He shouted at us, seemingly unable to handle constructive feedback. As an Indian, I felt insulted when I pointed out the mistake in the dish they were services wrongly, and he arrogantly stated that he didn’t care about negative reviews. His attitude was not only unprofessional but also very intimidating, especially as I was alone with my children and he came out yelling at us!!.
