FBC Cafe — Restaurant in England

Although great atmosphere and great coffee, I had a horrible experience today. Arrived at the cafe around 12:30pm all tables were dirty, I cleaned myself one and sat there with a friend and two babies. Few minutes later a lady with dark hair whom looks like is the manager started moving the chair and telling us to move out from the table that was reserved.

We explained that there was no sign and she was very stressed and ended up working up the babies. She kept repeating and accusing us of removing the sign and we agreed to move once she clean another table.

After that, we had to wait half an hour for 2 toasts while the “reserved table” who arrived afterwards had already finished their sandwiches and also watched her telling other people and pointing at us that we removed the reserved sign.

Strongly suggest the owners to provide a good customer services training to this individual as the rest of the team was great, polite...

Lovely looking cafe with a relaxed ambience - even with ours and loads of other kids. Enjoyed hanging out there but my panini was super basic.
