Yarana Tandoori — Restaurant in England

A brilliant experience from start to finish.

1. They have a 5 star food hygiene rating.
2. Their COVID precautions were solid.
3. Easy to order on the phone.
4. Very welcoming and friendly staff.
5. Good price for the area.
6. The smell in the car on the way home was so good, I almost pulled over and had some and I only live 10 minutes away.
7. They don't skimp on Chicken. The flavours were as good as the smell and it looked and felt fresh.

The only negative I have and it is small hence still giving 5 stars.

It was a little oilier and saltier than I would have liked, but not excessive.

Edit: I have since ordered from here many times. Hence the number of pictures. Many elements of each dish are cooked to order, so you can order without added salt and I suspect many other dietary needs. I haven't had an oily ones since my first experience.

My wife cannot handle any spice. She loves the passanda and if there is any left over, it is a lovely addition for variety even for...

Juicy tandoori meats and a variety of tasty curries.

Chicken is well flavoured and if your a veggie then the Tarka dall hits well.

The management of yarana have provided a superb service to me whilst in the local hospital.

The takeaway is just a stones throw away from the hospital so if your admitted and need a relatable contracted food delivery service...yarana is the one.

Waited over an hour for delivery after being told 20 mins. Food arrived stale, chips were cold and stale, chicken was stone cold. Phoned up to be told we were liars and it was impossible as it was in a "hot box" i told them i would bring it to them to which they said we do not offer refunds and put the phone down. Disappointing, I sent them the picture via Facebook to be read and ignored. Will never order from here again! Customer service is just as vile...
