Deli'Mores — Restaurant in Epping Forest

Edited : Waiting time approx 1h until they brought wrong food. Forgot to bring 1 drink (coffee). Maybe i should mention about employed underaged girls? If you employ proper waittress maybe they would get it right. When food arrived it was uncooked (poached eggs) and looked like there was no efford to put in to cooking. Returned the food and the waitress wasnt happy about it because she said she cooked eggs herself... maybe "cheff/waittress" should learn how poached egg should look like ?? Egg whites was clear on the top indicating its not fully cooked. Espresso coffee definatelly not from the fresh beans, please dont lie :( I have coffee machine at home and i know how fresh beans coffee looks like. We were asking questions about wrongly delivered food and why is it taking so long while others getting served first? Do you class this as being rude? Again, maybe you should employ adults, not kids to deal with customers professionally. You coments is lie, how dare you. Really dissapointed not jus the service, food but also replying...

Been here 4 or 5 times, every time I specifically ask for a black coffee and they put milk in for me... And on our last visit my girlfriend found 2 hairs in her breakfast. Because it is a small family run business you feel like a bad person complaining.

Apart from that it is a nice place, cheapish (£5.70 for a 5 item with a coffee and toast) the food is okay too, not outstanding, but you are paying for a quick easy breakfast and that is what you get. Atmosphere is nice, service is quick. The menu is nice, but a bit confusing, for instance the burgers don't come with chips, but there is no price on the menu for chips, so you have to ring it up on the till to find out. Would benefit from an actual paper menu, standing and creeking your neck looking at the wall isn't the most comfortable place to figure out what you want to eat.

If it wasn't for the fact that the FOH always messes up my coffee and we sadly had hairs in our food this place would be a solid 4 stars...

Area Critique.... This is the worst café for service we have ever been too. Food is fair however 25 minutes before a waitress visited the table. Complained to the staff about the service only to have the manager come to the table in a confrontational manor!! Manager gave all the excuses a manager of an eating establishment shouldn't give, and even told us if we didn't like it we can go elsewhere. We were calm and polite, but the manager even thought to continue their nastiness when paying at the till. If you like good food with poor service with an awful attitude and management skills and you have the patience of a dead snail, then it’s the place for you. If not the steer clear.
