Orissa — Restaurant in Epsom and Ewell

Ordered by phone as the website wasn’t working. The order was read back, agreed in full and the price confirmed. Advised 45 minutes delivery. At 1 hour post order called for an ETA to be told driver just leaving. 20 minutes later no sign of the driver so called again. Driver arrived 1.5 hours after the order was placed and the order receipt was a different value and had items missing. The food that did arrive was luke warm. The driver called the restaurant who offered us £10 back to keep the food. We declined as there was no rice to eat it with. They tried to argue that we never ordered any! Absolutely LOVE the food & service & quality here! Compliments to all of the staff & chefs & drivers. Standout items for me personally are their vindaloo & their Bombay aloo. I always get those whenever I order! In fact, I'm about to order them now & I can't wait to tuck in. Flavourful, cooked with the right amount of heat & taste & spice. We ordered though UberEats without checking reviews on Google Maps. The food was simply amazing, the best Indian food we ever tried around Epsom, including restaurants. We choose a set menu for 2, every dish was fresh, tasty, well cooked and presented, a real joy to eat. Delivery was quickly and the food arrived still warm.
