Pizza Hut Ilkeston — Restaurant in Erewash

Can't describe how bad this pizza Hut branch is, i don't normally go to pizza Hut because of the high prices, but I was in Ilkeston today 23/12/16 with my wife and have had advertising on my phone about this deal they were doing any size any crust any topping for £5.99 each so i thought i will go and order 2, low and behold even though the deal was on a poster on the window they were not doing the any crust ( meaning stuffed crust) as he said it was for a limited time only, i thought even though I was unhappy how this guy was so unhelpful i would order without stuffed crust, now this guy (big chubby guy) was there by himself, looked miserable and overworked, as I was standing there noticed cobwebs in the corners, quite a grotty looking shop, waited forever for pizza, bad customer service terrible ( is it on, is it off)?? Deals, Pizza wasn't anything special either, i see why they do a £5.99 deal now, THERE WAS NO TOPPINGS ON THEM, i won't go...

Worst delivery & service ever . The app is rubbish & inaccurate . This week Took approx 2hours to have the pizza delivered from time of order ! Even called & had the phone hang up twice . Called today to give them the benefit of doubt & to politely check how long would it take to order pizzas for delivery before I proceed & was left to hold on the phone for 5mins before getting the message they’re not interested. They must be under staffed & definitely under trained in customer service . A petty blame of ‘your busy’ is not acceptable for poor customer service .. You’ve lost a customer & more no doubt . I will share this experience for sure & regrettably never recommend Pizza Hut. I was forced to go elsewhere , which actually has worked out now - Papa John’s! Much...

So we have used this Pizza Hut several times. It’s ok. Unfortunately after multiple visits, my husband left the car park to chat to a friend just outside of the car park, a unscrupulous ticking person waited for him to leave the car park, attached a fake parking ticket to the window, took a photo and removed the ticket before my husband got back to the car. The fact that he’d bought a pizza was apparently irrelevant as he’d left the sight !!! We will Not ever buy from any of the shops on this sight.
