CAFE 24 — Restaurant in Exeter

So disappointed, usually served by a lovely lady who makes fab coffee, but going in two hours before closing I was met with an eyeroll for disrupting the barista sitting with customers while the other stacked chairs. Made to feel entirely unwelcome. Staff also need some serious hygiene training, both talking openly about having the flu while coughing directly into hands and then handling ice for drinks without a scoop or appropriate hand washing. Ridiculous amount of syrup made it entirely undrinkable, and as I went to sit outside (again hours before closing) all the chairs around me were stacked. Coffee went in the bin,...

Good menu choice for breakfast.

Very clean inside.

Mega breakfast was a good size but everything seemed deep fat fried and there for lost its taste. I guess this is done for speed as they were very busy . Sadly you can tell that the sausages are very cheap but I guess the quantity on the plate was value for money.

Wait time even though they were busy was very good, they turnaround tables well.

Little noisy with the milkshake machine bud again...

I would just like to say that I was a bit disappointed today after I fixed your front foir even supplied a brand new door closer yet not charged you nothing and you still charged me for the two breakfast I had yet you could have refunded me the food price! I know you asked how much you owed beside the point after charging for food still the closer would have been £30 alone let alone...
