Chatteris Kebab — Restaurant in Fenland District

I was disgusted with what I had witnessed here tonight. Ordered 2 chicken wraps and chips for collection. Arrived at the takeaway, my order was not quite ready. What I witnessed here was a breach of Heath and hygiene standards, especially during the ongoing and current .pandemic. The staff were handling food with their bare hands, they were handling and sharing the tongs and other utensils, touching their face masks, handling the telephone, cash and at no point did anyone wash their hands. When I complained I got told ‘What do you expect when we are busy’. I asked why no one was wearing gloves, and got told they are not in the rules. I will never order food from this place again and would give minus stars if there was the option. After what I saw, I would not recommend this...

Had a horrible experience with one of their delivery men. He tried to short change us by £5 when questioned he refused to give us the money, he only relented after we said that we'd go to the shop and complain. As he left he shouted obscenities and sat outside our door honking his car horn, we had our 18 month old son asleep upstairs, which they all know as we use to be regular customers.

We will not be using them ever again. Avoid...

Had a mixed kebab and it was just about OK. The service is fast and friendly and the place is nice and clean. The lamb kofta was inedible though. Firstly it was really, really salty and sadly it was just full of gristle and bits of bone. Now, I'm assuming they buy in the lamb pre-minced so they don't have any control over what goes into it so it may have just been a dodgy batch. But the salt thing - everything was way...
