My rating of this place just kept going down - rated it 5 stars initially, then 3, now 1, as we've just had way too many bad experiences with it. Food is lovely and is something I crave often which is the only reason I gave them multiple chances, but if I could rate the service 0 I would. Firstly I'd like to point out that we've only actually ordered from here 20 times since it opened so the fact that they've messed up so many times out of those 20 experiences says a lot.
The first bad experience we had, a completely different order was delivered than what we ordered from the app. When we got in contact with them, they didn't even apologise, but they said that what we ordered was a special that they weren't even offering at the moment... Why did they not get in contact immediately to tell us this?? Why just send something completely different?? We were told we'd get a refund but we did not.
After that we had a few bad experiences but they were excusable like salad on a burger when we asked for no salad etc. Then, one night we placed an order on the website where it said it was open and it accepted our order, my husband drove in to get it and found the entire place closed. We did receive the refund from that one but they didn't seem to care about the inconvenience caused.
Finally, last weekend I had ordered a chicken burrito with no garnish and no cheese, and my husband ordered a burger with no salad - delivery was 20 minutes late, and again the burger came WITH salad which we would normally be able to look past but I received a PORK burrito WITH garnish and cheese?? I immediately messaged them on their facebook page requesting a partial refund as I couldn't even eat the burrito due to food intolerances. It's been 5 days - no response.
I've seen other similar reviews. It's quite clear this business does not care about their customers whatsoever but you'd think that they'd at least...
Read moreI was disappointed to be honest . I collected the salted chili chicken and devils chicken on chips, but I was given the chicken on what I presume was supposed to be naan bread. I wouldn’t mind if it was a kebab but the bread was terrible! I ate none of it and threw it in the bin. The bread was very doughy, soggy and stretchy, much too thick to be edible.
HOWEVER. The chicken was first class and very flavoursome. I have no doubt it would have been beautiful on chips. We also ordered doner meat on chips and a curry cheesy chip and no complaints there - they both loved it!! We didn’t get half of the food we ordered, the curry had busted and was everywhere. We rang multiple times that evening to complain and got no answer, we reached out on Facebook with photos of the receipt and the food we got as evidence off. We understand that things can happen when it’s extremely busy and mistakes can be made. But what has made me annoyed me the most, is how this been ignored?
