Pizzarama Omagh — Restaurant in Fermanagh and Omagh District

If i could rate a zero star i absolutely would, one star is even too much of a compliment for this kip. Ordered food yesterday evening at 6:15pm. Told it would be up to an hour wait. At 7:15pm, still no pizza so was told it would be a further 15 mins. Fair, the pizza came at 7:30. But the pizza was uneatable. The boxes looked like they had been bashed around the car, they were so soggy that the boxes bust and just fell apart. Cheese melted over the crust of the pizza. Crust of the pizzas burnt to a crisp. Pizzas cold. So rang back at 7:41pm and asked for them to be returned and sent back out new again. I was met with the most challenging staff, asking “Is the pizza burnt all the way through?” It doesn’t matter how burnt it was, it was still burnt. After about 5 minutes of yapping back and forward, staff member said two seconds while she went to go talk to other staff members about it. She spoke very loudly about us to other staff member’s which made us very uncomfortable as they were laughing about us. So sent the pizzas back out said it wouldn’t be too much longer. Pizzas weren’t there by 8:30 so once again rang and asked where they were. Staff acted like they had no clue about them. Then told us it would be another 15 minutes. Seriously… By 9:20 they still weren’t there! I rang them and said this and they stuck the delivery driver on the phone which accused us of saying we didn’t want them. So apparently she couldn’t find the house and she was at the next door neighbours house, tried to phone us but no answer. So she decides to phone again and apparently we hung up the phone and said we didn’t order any? Apparently we blocked the phone number and she couldn’t get through to us again?What a joke. She challenged again “Right let’s go get my phone and compare the numbers” I genuinely felt like i was being gaslighted by this person. I have no missed calls at all and she must had missed a number or put in a wrong number or something because i was waiting all evening incase they needed to ring. She asked me to read out my phone number but yet she couldn’t read out my phone number from her phone from her end. I was not talking to anybody on the phone and was not talking to anyone about how i didn’t order any pizza so i have no idea where this has came from. She went further to argue that she waited outside the house and nobody came out. How come you’s were able to find the house no bother first time? How come she didn’t come up to the door to knock or ring the door bell like the time before? Seriously, what a joke…They were able to switch up their story and ask “Did you’s bring the pizzas back?” Even though they agreed that they were sending out new ones and they would take back the old ones. So it’s obvious they weren’t going to send them out unless we brought them back. They weren’t here to begin with as we were literally waiting by the window watching every car go by. Business has went down hill as past couple of years and the manners from everyone in the shop is absolutely appalling. Just look at the photos and you will understand why i’m so annoyed. Do not recommend, there are better pizza places in Omagh with more professional service. My mum ordered 3 pizzas for delivery, as she was not well and my dad had come in from work 12 hours straight. After one hour of waiting for delivery two of the pizzas were badly burnt. Not a little but the hole entire crust round the 2 pizzas. Again they weren't burnt around the edge but nearly 1inch deep was burnt black. My mum phoned for 2 replacement pizzas but was met by hostile and sarcastic staff. After challenging my mum they stated the delivery driver would have to come out to collect the pizzas, they would consider at Pizzarama if replacement pizzas could be issued. When asking if the replacements could come out with the driver when they were collecting, this was declined by Pizzarama staff. This would have resulted in over an another hour waiting time. When asking for a refund, to order somewhere else again this was refused without someone coming to collect the pizzas for them to review back at the establishment. The staff were very ignorant by talk about my mum to other staff loudly whilst she was still on the phone. My mum asked why the burnt pizzas were put out for delivery in there state and my mum was met by challenge again by the staff. My mum told them to forget it and they would cut of the burnt pizza to eat what was left. This is unacceptable, when ordering pizza you expect the food to be fully eatable.

No-one should ever experience this. For a family run business I am disgusted this is how my family were treated. Pizzarama management need to look into their pizza cooking standards and what they think is acceptable cooking and their staff conduct as they need to work on their custom service skills which they are clearly lacking. Visited a couple of Friday nights ago, was an absolute disaster.

Far too many people being served and staff were completely overwhelmed.

We ordered four pizzas, two medium two small for our children. 35 minutes later the first pizza arrived followed by one at a time until they were all on the table.

The daughters small pizza was so badly burnt that she only ate the topping. My pizza was terrible, I lifted a slice and a curdled mess slid straight off into a heap. The BBQ sauce was watery.

I asked a waitress to return the pizza and I got laughed at as they thought I was joking. I found this highly unprofessional considering the lengthy wait.

Then another pizza arrived that we hadn't ordered, we politely informed them it wasn't ours. It just cemented the fact they were badly organised and overwhelmed.

Final insult was at the till to be presented with a bill for £55, which when the itemised receipt was produced, it was apparent that there was food on our bill that wasn't ours. In credit to the manager the bill was sorted out with a small wait.

All in all we won't be back, which is a shame as we have had several meals inside and takeaway on many occasions but this has really tarnished our view...
