The County Members — Restaurant in Folkestone and Hythe District

Had a great evening the 4 of us table booked for 7pm with no hassle to order the staff were great perfect service 4 separate meals all delivered quickly and piping hot we can recommend the lasagne , burger , BBQ chicken and smothered chicken all with a selection of chips , new potatoes salad and veg , portions are a good size and for a 16 stone guy that's a compliment . puddings were offered after table clearance and we were given plenty of time to choose apple and blackberry crumble with choose of custard , ice cream or cream and sticky toffee pudding were ordered and the best thing to say is yum so dinner x 4 puddings x 3 & 2 rounds of 3 drinks total £60 a takeaway would probably cost me more WELL WORTH...

Friday afternoon only people in were my wife, 2 grandchildren and myself. Got drinks straight away and ordered lunch, I had fish and steak chunky chips which were not pleasant as did the granddaughter with her goujons and the wife her burger. Before lunch came I thought I’d use the toilets. Well they were absolutely disgusting, there was a collection of water or ???? On the corner of the floor, the sink and urinals had not been cleaned for a long time, very long time. The pub and restaurant very shabby/dirty and paint all over the seats. We used to use this place regularly in the summer years ago but...

My favourite pub. I like to try everything on the menu but the chicken Hakka noodles are so good I’d feel like I’m cheating on them if I didn’t order them. I’ve only been here a few times and they have made me feel like a local. If you do not come in and meet the team when you are near then you are missing out. I was here for live music last time and loved it. Love to Ricky and the family and see you all next time.
