THis place is a disgrace the manager spoke to me like I was dirt on his shoe . he could not understand English very well and said he had received our order then hadn't it's a long story as it wen on for 3 hours trying to sort out. when I rang customer service I was advised some one would ring me back as the manger was cheeky ,up right rude swore and hung up the telephone three times . It has put me off using dominos because this man made me feel scared threatened and made me out To be a lier.When I asked his name the first time he gave me it Milcke then when I told him I wanted to ring customer services he then tried to tell me his name was max I was horrified and I was for once speechless .as for the food the children did not receive there treat they were very disappointed and after 3 hours starving. it has been five Day and I still haven't heard from dominos after us being good customers for about ten years to dominos we feel very let down it isn't a cheap please to eat specially when you have a family of six but it has always been our go to place for a treat for the kids or a rainy Friday night in but after this I don't think we will go back . Read moreI will never forget the customer service which could have been potentially fatal to my partner. I asked for a garlic bread without cheese as part of my order as he cannot eat cheese. It arrived with cheese so I asked them to cook another one. I didn't see them cooking it and thought it was a bit strange. After about 5 minutes, with them sniggering, they handed me a box. When I got there they couldn't find it and I had to wait while they cooked another one. I asked if I could have a free garlic bread and they agreed.
