I’ve had many takeaways from Galaxy pizza, but I have to write this review to commend their absolute commitment to their customers. I asked for a mixed kebab and just some plain chicken grilled for my dog Nala. They went above and beyond to ensure the chicken was entirely plain, no spices at all, the chicken was amazing, me and my dog loved it, and the mixed kebab I had was simply sublime. We ordered a variety of dishes for dinner from this takeaway, and was a bit of a mixed bag:

Pros: Chicken wings were very hot and tasty! The donner meat was moist, flavoursome, and the group really enjoyed it. Chicken nuggets were crispy and hot. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast All the food was hot on arrival.

Very very poor service. Wrong food delivered. Food cold. Pizza topping stuck to box lid. Shop promised to replace order. 40 minutes later and still no delivery. Apparently only 1 driver delivering 4 orders st once. So anyone who has experienced the same now knows why food is delivered cold. We've been customers of this business for years.
