Greggs — Restaurant in Gateshead

Honestly, sometimes the lasses are great. Most times they have nothing in? 1pm go in for mince pies, none on the counter, none in the oven being prepared? "I can put one in if you wanna come back in 20mins" ??? no sausage rolls, pasties nothing on the shelves?. At lunchtime?? This happens quite a lot. No omelette the other morning?? No brown sugar? No problem greggs I'll walk along the road to Dixons, no wonder that place is always busy....

Didn't want to leave a bad review as not all the stass here are rude, one member off staff when on shift will actively ignores customers coz she's busy in the back?!? The queue is out the door, with one serving! Darling everyone is trying to get to work or do school runs! Jump on a till will you. This morning this particular member of staff was in as a customer wouldn't stop bashing her gums & distracting staff...

Busy store at 9.10am que upto door, with one person serving at time of visit, but staff are busy and staff at back making up sandwiches and made up what I wanted. Need to prioritise serving when busy or have more staff. One person gave up and...
