The Granary @ Team valley — Restaurant in Gateshead

This place is an absolute blinder (top tier) I have been coming here for 7-8 weeks now since I started working in Team Valley. I can can only say the food is amazing, not to mention the staff. The quality of the staff and food is second to none! They're always smiling and make you feel part of the place. I am working back down North Shields now but I will be travelling back up here just for the food and to see them.

It's a shame that I can't rate them higher than 5...

Food always been nice , attitude of staff very poor , this place has always had staff who seem to think it's okay to be rude . The man who used to work there couldn't bring himself to crack a smile , it seems now that they've replaced him with a middle aged lady who is equally as rude (serving 25.6.25) morning time . Given this shop the benefit of the doubt too many times , I won't be going back anytime soon , costs nothing to be polite to...

£2.60 for a Ham and Cheese sandwich in a seedy bun...

1 very thin slice of Ham, a sprinkling of grated orange cheese. No butter or margarine, very dry, very boring.

Other sandwiches on display looked similarly boring, no exciting flavours, etc.

No wonder this shop is so quiet when the others have a queue out of the door!
