Khans Kebabs & Grill — Restaurant in Gloucester

Very poor quality. Kebab wrap full of holes, the bread was missing the surface (it looked as though it had been left on a damp surface, then taken off and leaving the surface behind), and the chicken was rock hard. Chicken burger had barely any salad and again the chicken was rock hard. Both dishes were inedible. Fries were stone cold. When I called the shop, the phone was passed from one rude person to another - the cherry on the cake being the “manager” who just kept barking over me “what do you want”, without letting me speak.

I won’t order from you again. A shame, because when you get it right, it’s really good. A couple of times though, it’s been very wrong.

Very very poor service by the staff which I believe they are owner no respect for customers who travel 10 miles for their food always something missing and wrong but we ignored all the time but this they treated us specially I called them 10 times but no answer I checked website which was saying it’s open so we drove to them but they refused to serve us when I asked why they said they were busy meanwhile they were open and taking orders still don’t understand why they were very rude and disrespectful towards me and silly arguments very disappointing never go again feel bad when we are their customers for long time No...

Disgusting customer service. No garlic mayo on chips... Rang up said they would send some out and didn't, rang back up a second time and said they were on way and yet again never showed. Will never use them again!

In response to the owners comment... I asked for garlic mayo on chips and have always had it on there in past... I did pay extra for the garlic mayo and you never sent me any out at all!!! I had to ring up twice and never received any. Chips went cold and went to waste. My review is...
