Curry Garden — Restaurant in Gosport

I ordered via the just eat app and after waiting 2hrs I called to see where it was, I was simply told it was on it way and the hung up on. It eventually arrived but the order was completely wrong and cold. Rang back to explain was told sorry, then hung up on I rang back immediately and again was hung up on. In the end I drove down to the shop to return the food. They offered a free meal but after all the agro I didn't want anything from them. In the end I got some food from another take out on my way home and now I have to apply for a refund via just eat.

Absolutely ridiculous, and appualing customer service. Will never order from them again and will advise others to avoid...

My husband ordered from the 'Just Eat' app last Saturday at about 7:30pm at around 9pm he called to see where our food was, the lady said it was 20 minutes away! She was rather abrupt on the phone - you should always remember we are paying customers. Finally our food arrived at 10pm - no apology, the delivery person just said they didn't have a satnav!? Been using the Curry Garden for about the last 20 plus years still the same owner all that time. A great little takeaway, if not the best, one of best in Fareham/Gosport area, price wise it’s shocking, so good value. We now live 10 miles away and still travel back to the Curry Garden to collect an order. Reading the reviews on here seem most of moans and groans are for delivery side via 3rd party apps.
