1. I totally don't understand why you write a letter and ask me to arrive at 15.15, if the race starts at 16.10? Why make me wait so long? 2. I don't understand why I can't watch a video at home about how I should behave on the track? 3. In the first race there were 19 laps, the race was 15 minutes, but the second race was 14-15 laps, because one of the karts broke down and everyone just sat and waited in their karts until the broken kart was taken off the track. Why didn't anyone compensate for the time and add + 4-5 laps more? After all, the kart's breakdown was not the fault of the person driving it.... And 9 drivers simply lost 4-5 laps. How is that? where is my compensation??? 4. I really liked the work of the staff. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars instead of one. The staff is great. Especially the guys on the track who monitor the traffic.

As a venue and an experience I would recommend it but, for me, it was all about bragging rights amongst the “lads” Would I go again? No. But, you might thoroughly enjoy it.

To all the staff you went above & beyond. You facilitated go-karting with several severely physically disabled Veterans. Which in its self was brilliant. The track and karts are top-notch. Yes, the safety briefing was boring. However, it was necessary! I can only speak for me. I cannot speak for the other participants , however, fantastic/OUTSTANDING evening was had by all. No major disasters, which is a godsend, considering how competitive, former members of HM Forces are. 10 out of 10 from the start to the end of our evening of fun , frolics & shenanigans we were catered for , looked after & treated with respect and dignity for that you get top marks. Thank You Dee x ( BassAssB1TCH )

To be honest, very disappointing. For starters we are still waiting to be emailed our race results 4 days later. When I was assured by the staff they would send them ASAP. We arrived 15mins before start time to a room full of other racers and no social distancing. So we waited outside for them to finish. Then signed in and got given our kit. Then we were warned about social distancing in the next room. Had our safety brief, which is nice and straight forward and finally shown to your cars when ready. We had 13racers and 1 guy who joined, who is a regular i believe. First 15 minutes were fine, cars work well and its a decent track. Only problem was the regular race driver was allowed to do whatever he liked. Bumping others racers, not slowing on an orange light, and not stopping on the Red. I think this is disgusting when everyone else has to abide by these rules. I understand it may be frustrating for him having novices on the track, but he should have to abide like the rest of us. After the first 15min race everyone was warned about bumping, and told if anyone did it once more they would be pulled off the track. I found this baffling as I hadn't bumped anyone and they blanketed everyone with a warning. What's the point in car No.s if they don't single out the people not adhering to the rules. Especially the regular guy who was also doing this. (He didn't get a warning at all or called in for a chat like the rest were). One guy had a chat with everyone, who was very well mannered and really understanding. Didn't get his name but a really good employee, and nicely spoken. He helped me to enjoy the second race a little more by explaining the issue to us all. Not just saying everyone is bumping next person is out!! Tbh it felt like we were rushed through to get rid ASAP. While letting there mate do what he liked. Not the best experience unfortunately. There's other places that would treat you better. It is a great track, and cars run well. I just feel customer service...

I had a very difficult visit but only due to personal reasons. It was my 11 year old son and 8 year old daughter's first ever go karting experience and my daughter really struggled, bless her.

She was extremely nervous and gave it a good crack but unfortunately was very hesitant when it came to driving up the ramp.

She decided she wanted to finish early and not take part in the second race. She sat track side and watched with a drink as me and her brother raced a second time. I was hesitant myself about leaving her, however, thanks to your exceptional staff who agreed to watch over her while I raced, I was able to race in the second session with my son, with my daughter happily cheering us on.

I'd like to give Kat an extra special mention, she was absolutely outstanding in looking after her and awarded her with a "driver of the day" medal for being so brave and giving it her best shot. This absolutely made my daughter's day and she's barely took the medal off since. Once she gets a little older, we will most certainly return.

A mention must also go to the pit team who again were so good trying to help her get the most out of her day but she was just so frightened of the ramp. If the ramp wasn't there maybe she would've been ok but appreciate how important the ramp is to make the most of the track and space.

You have an expemplary team of staff down there and they all take extra pride in their work to ensure every customer...

I take a few people with me each week karting and we go to a lot of different kart tracks on the south coast. This is by far the best circuit for my driving style.... The staff are also very friendly.

However what lets it down is the quality of karts. I have been here about 6 times now and done about 8 hours of karting and almost every single session has resulted in me having to change my kart. I have had karts that stall, under powered, wobbly loose wheels...

The last time I was here I changed my kart 3 times, in one 15 minute session... the first kart stalled, the second kart the front wheel was lose and so it wouldnt go round corners and the 3rd kart was sooo slow... you dont get any added time so I quite literally lost out...

We have spoken to head office numerous times about the quality of karts and they dont seem to care at all because as fair as they are concerned the kart start, stop and steer....

I really do hope that they get better karts as the staff have been fantastic and I think with right equipment this circuit will one of the best in...
