The shelves are stocked constantly and everything is tidy and organised. They stock most brands and a good range for vegetarians and a good Morrisons own brand. Large car park with plenty of space and a lot of trolley parks. They provide cleaning spray and tissue on entry to clean trolleys and baskets. They have a quick shop/basket que inside and outside so that you don't have to wait too long for a small amount of items. This store has a cafe (currently closed) a petrol station and a car wash. They currently have an hour in the morning for NHS staff. Almost all of the staff i have encountered have been nice, a few odd grumpy ones but to be expected in a retail environment.

These ‘blooms’ or chrysanthemums were purchased as part of a bouquet the Thursday before Christmas !! And they are still going - the florist in the Gravesend store was very helpful and produced a beautiful bouquet, they have been in a cooler conservatory that is easily visible from the lounge which has probably helped them keep so long, but it has been wonderful that my parents have been able to enjoy them for so long, and are continuing to do so - great value for money. The picture to the left taken Friday, the picture on the right was taken at the end of January!

Not good, talking about the Morrisons petrol Station at Gravesend. New pumps are card only or cash and card. If you are queuing for fuel you may find after waiting that the pump you need is not in your line of the que After queuing for 10 minutes I found that the pump in my line was not the one for me. So I drove out and went to Sainsburys. I wont be coming back. See picture, which sugn is correct.

Morrisons has been my supermarket of choice since I moved to Gravesend 7 years ago. Sadly, I think I have completed my last shop there. For the last 8 visits I have had to walk around the car park to find a trolley. I queued this evening at the 1 and only checkout that was open. Lady being served, Older Gentleman having loaded his shopping onto the conveyor and waiting. Older Lady and her Son waiting and then Me. After waiting a while the assistant looked up and said 'I'm closing after this Gentlemen, you'll have to use the self service checkout'. I hate the self service checkout---they are a nightmare. Every couple of items it requires the help of an assistant. There was 1, repeat 1, Supervisor on duty and the poor woman was frazzled, covering all self service tills. I asked why there weren't more checkout's open and was told that most people shopped during the day----I'll take a days holiday next time I do my shopping shall I. Morrisons, stop responding only to the 4 and 5 star reviews and wake up to your failing shop. The Manager needs to be in the shop in the evening and witness this disaster. There are 2 specific assistants on the tills (sadly not there this evening), a mature white Lady and a younger Asian Lady. Both an absolute delight to talk too and could teach the Management a thing or two about customer service. I think only the petrol station will be getting my patronage going...

Went to the shop this morning and did not take my receipt at the self checkout as I away do (forgot I was black for a second) .went back to the shop to get something I forgot .when I got to the self checkout a white lady with short hair do (supervisor for the checkout or whatever she calls her self ) just started going through the items I had bought and paid for already because she’s suspicious of me because am black. Without any explanation she just started looking into the stuff I already paid for. She then accused me that I hadn’t paid for two items which I had clearly paid for just didn’t take a receipt .As I do not like taking my receipt after shopping I had to show the receipt on my phone as evidence that I had paid for these things. After showing her the recipe on the phone she then said oo and walked off. no apology whatsoever .I was so angry and asked her if she would have done that if I was white ?

Asked to speak to manager ,manager said she’s doing her job..no apology whatsoever . I have no problem with doing your job but to think am a black person so I must have stolen the items is just evident these people are racist . Ridiculously horrible to disrespect people like that . As I was with my child I had to explain to them how important not is to stand up to these...

The Market Street selection is usually pretty good. They always have a decent selection of fresh fruit and veg. I especially like the stuff from local suppliers (local apples recently were amazing).

It's not over priced, it's clean though the inside is becoming a bit cramped as they try to fit more and more in to the foot print. There's a separate petrol station (different hours to the store, 6am to 10.30pm) with a car wash. When this is busy it somewhat impacts on the traffic flow as it's the first thing on site.

The car park is the thing that lets the place down. There are often localised traffic jams on site at peak times. When I come here I come here later in the evening - definitely not mid day weekends.

Parking is free, fuel is inexpensive and the shop is comfortable. It's a good supermarket. Substantially better then Asda (which is really bad) but not as big as Sainsbury's (it is...
