Called here as it did all day breakfast which my partner wanted,I ordered the cheese,bacon burger we had to wait quit a long time for our food as the lady was on her own. When it came it was presented well but the taste was another thing, my partner's sausage on his breakfast was one of the cheap brands which have no taste to them at all his bacon was over cooked and tough and his toast was cold,my burger was also a cheap brand very thin and over cooked, dry and burnt and the bacon on top was to tough to chew this was a shame as the cafe is situated in a lovely spot,would be ok for a coffee and cake stop but not hot food unless better produce was used and better...
Read moreReasonably priced menu at this small but good café. Has some parking to the front for about three cars. Has additional outdoor seating to the side. Very handy location for both the old chalk tower lighthouse and the current lighthouse. Friendly service. I had a vegetarian breakfast which had really tasty mushrooms. I like my eggs runny and unfortunately though my egg looked promising it had a solid yolk. Not worth losing a star over though, as those mushrooms really were yum. My brekky was £6.50, which was a good price. Mug of tea, and milk alternatives available. Tempted by a chunk of cake too. Yup, would revisit, as was all good and happy...

I have just read the response from the cafe owner that the cafe is closed on Wednesdays. 14th July 2021 was indeed a Wednesday. Having walked from our B&B in Bridlington at 08:47 all the way to the light house at Flamborough Head we were disappointed to find the Headlands Cafe had a static queue out of the door.
