Em Pho — Restaurant in Great Britain

Used a 20% discount voucher to try this restaurant on Sunday evening. There were no other customers, and no atmosphere. The food was very good, but the service was very poor. Apart from taking our order and bringing the food, without any serving spoons, we were not spoken to at all. Not asked if food was good or if we would like another drink. The "Server" spent the whole time on her phone sitting at one of the tables. We asked fhe bill, which had a 12.5% discretionary tip added, which we asked to be removed as the service was not good and the reasons given why. This did not go down well, but it was taken off. Great authentic Vietnamese cuisine. There are very few Vietnamese restaurants around South East England that could do the taste right and this new addition in tiny town of Burnham is one of them. The only caveat is that it's just launched so service and food has to be great in order to stand out. However if they keep the same standards as of now there is no doubt that they will be finest Vietnamese restaurant in the vicinity.

Don't be put off by no parking in front as there is an ample parking space behind...

First visit to Em Pho which didn't disappoint! Lovely location, the setting is very relaxed and hosts Shaz and Lynn are very welcoming and accommodating. As a large group we tried a large selection of menu items including authentic Pho, Spring Rolls, duck pancakes, chicken satay and Noodle Salad. The food is delicious and good value for money.
