EWLOE KEBAB AND PIZZA HOUSE — Restaurant in Great Britain

Food was ordered at 17.25 via the website which said 45 minutes delivery. At 18.45 I received a phone call from them asking what my address was, which is strange given it's on the order on the website & has never happened before. At just before 19.00 my food arrived which was delivered by somebody who works in the kitchen (he was in whites & covered in food mess) who apologised for how late it was & said they had no delivery drivers. The food once unwrapped was cold and bone dry. I ate a small amount and threw it away because it wasn't fit for consumption. I have worked in food & hospitality for 25 years so I'd like to think I know what I am talking about & this was unacceptable. Before leaving this review I left this very same feedback through their website & also through a mutual friend let the owner know direct but as of now 4 days later nobody has been bothered to contact me so quite clearly there is absolutely no customer care. Gone down hill massively when they first opened food was good quality also fast delivery the owner is a friendly nice person but the food nowadays is disappointing chicken donnor wrap is more fat and white bits then chicken cheap taste the donnor meat is always greasy and if you dont eat it quick you will find white lard at the bottom of the tray or plate pizzas are more often burnt last time I ordered it said 50 mins 1hr30mins later I tried to call at least 6 times to get no answer so I went to the shop btw I only live a maximum of 5 mins away to be told it was out for delivery so I went home and 20 mins later it arrived COLD rang up to get it changed but by this time we where not hungry as we where so it mainly went in the bin I ate a small amount and I felt Ill I will not be using them again I would rather spend the extra money on a Indian that is 4 miles away and is guaranteed to be at my door within 45mins of me...

We always order from you and we've always loved our food and delivery has been well within the time specified but tonight we waited over an hour for our delivery and I'm gutted to say all our chips didn't seem cooked properly and we're cold my husbands donnor kebab was cold in the middle I ordered half pound chicken burger but got only 1 chicken breast, and i was asked to claim my free gift of a 9 inch garlic bread and didn't receive it, to say we're disappointed is an understatement. So we've had to throw it away and I'm now down £30...
