I had the most wonderful experience attending the Slo Mo Networking event at the Hilton Hotel!

From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed—perfect for making genuine connections without the usual rush of traditional networking events. The “slow motion” format gave everyone time to really engage, listen, and share in a way that felt natural and meaningful.

The Hilton team did an incredible job of hosting—everything was beautifully organised, the space was elegant yet comfortable, and the hospitality was flawless. Great refreshments, great company, and great conversations!

This event truly stands out for its quality over quantity approach, and I walked away not only with new contacts, but with real connections and inspiration.

Highly recommend Slo Mo Networking at the Hilton to anyone looking to build their network in a more thoughtful and enjoyable way. I can’t wait for the next one!

The photos looked more enticing than the place actually is .. more of a roadside cafe pit stop on a roundabout than anywhere scenic or ideal to relax. Not a great deal of seating and parking fines easily incurred if you do go for a walk to actually see the “hilltop view” while parked there.

Only given two stars as my sons did enjoy their baked potato and panini but lost 3 stars as I couldn’t even get a straight answer as to what on their menu was both gluten free and dairy free from any of the three or four members of staff behind the counter, all of which looked like they were drugged into a zombie state - no smiles or friendliness and when I said don’t worry about my order as they weren’t being helpful about finding me an option to meet my dietary restrictions they didn’t seem bothered at all and let me go without eating a thing...

I have given these guys the benefit of the doubt before and not left a bad review because hey whatever people make mistakes and they are one of the only breakfast places delivering to our area, but they have time and time again proved their claim to the throne of worst breakfast in Brighton.

Just devoid of any passion or love, sausages cut in half and grilled on the inside, and they still managed to somehow undercook the sausage. Bacon soggy undercooked, bread soggy from the oily loose tin foil wrapping. Overall probably the worst Bacon and sausage sandwich I have ever experienced, I literally didn't even take one bite I'm not getting ill. AVOID

Take a note from your competitors and up your game because you guys are LACKING! 0/10 - 0 stars...

We have lived relatively near this cafe for years, and walk up and round the nearby woods a lot, but hadn’t been here until recently, and now we’ve been several times. A surprisingly large selection of fresh and local sourced foods for a small cabin, from sausage rolls to burgers, jacket potato’s and panini, plus cakes, cookies, biscuits and drinks. Burgers are real nice - smoked bacon and cheese has a good tang to it, the pulled pork burger is absolutely loaded. Buns and salad bits are all tasty too. Fries are a nicely balanced fluffy and crispy. The portions are generous too, so no chance of remaining hungry unless your appetite is enormous - but then there’s always the cakes.

Stopped at Hilltop Cafe for food as later in afternoon and other places closed. Really glad we did. Had a really nice cheese burger in a seeded bun with pickle, tomato and caramelised onion. My partner asked for the avocado smash without the bread and replaced by chips. They made a really nice salad of sliced avocado, sun-dried tomatoes, rocket and chips. (Chip I would have preferred chunky). So helpful. Got a free soft drink. Tea was a quality Earl Grey with Oat milk. Nice flowers on the tables. Nice sunshades had a slight feeling of a taverna in Greece or the Mediterranean
