Iāve visited 9 Vines a few times and can say there are some genuinely enjoyable aspectsāmost notably, the occasional visits from the excellent pizza vans, which bring a warm, communal vibe to the area. The food offerings during these events have consistently been a highlight.
However, my overall experience with 9 Vines has been deeply disappointing due to the ongoing atmosphere of hostility that seems to have developed around my household. Itās profoundly upsetting to see a local bar, which should serve as a hub of community spirit, become a gathering place for individualsāincluding certain residents/and council officialsāwho have actively conspired to disrupt the peace and well-being of my family.
At the heart of this issue lies a historic Twitten, a footpath that is part of our familyās plot and legacy. Rather than respecting this, certain individuals have chosen to target us with unwarranted aggression and pettiness. Itās a real shame that what could have been a positive, neighbourly space has, at times, felt like a breeding ground for malice.
I sincerely hope that the management at 9 Vines will take a moment to reflect on the values they promote and consider the impact of enabling such divisive behaviour in our community.

Ā Ā Ā Read more9 Vines is a total gem! As a dog owner, it's such a treat to find a spot where my furry pal is as welcome as I am. The wine selection is fantastic, with something for every palate, and the team are super knowledgeable and friendly (speak to Mat or Tina who are wine wizards!). They also offer tasty high quality snacks. What really sets this wine bar apart is the rotation of high-quality food trucks. It's a perfect spot for a casual hangout with friends, a date night, or even just a solo glass of wine with your pup by your side. I have met so many lovely neighbours because of this excellent establishment. Highly recommend...
