Lotus House — Restaurant in Great Britain

I have been a long time customer with lotus house,even moved 3 times in 30 years,but tonight I have been ripped off, my husband ordered chicken fried rice, it came in a tiny container i rang them and they blamed me for not specifying the size, I have never been asked what size EVER for chicken fried rice, but they charged me full price, when I complained all they did was argue with me that I didn't order the right portion, I'm disgusted as I've supported them for years, obviously they don't care anymore, that's it for...

The best chinese around, for 40 years now Lotus House has been serving excellent quality food. The staff are very friendly and always remember your name, they are very helpful at all times. The drivers are equally as friendly, and I always tip the drivers, as everyone should, for their dedication and speed. Disgusting customer service. Ordered in the shop just a large chicken fried rice with no peas and a large curry sauce as I don’t like peas, never have. Drove home opened the tray and what do you know... peas. Took it back and I was called a liar and the well ... the female behind the counter swore at me in front of other customers.
