I visited McDonald's on 18th April 2022. The drive through queue was large and so I opted to park up and order inside however, due to the horrendously designed car park, there wasn't enough space to drive past the queue of drive-through cars and so I ultimately had to wait in a queue just to use the main car park. The food itself was fine (fries were cold but that's standard for McDonald's) however the toilet facilities were a disgrace. I opted to use the disabled toilet initially however quickly changed my mind after spotting the luminous yellow urine marks on the seat. I proceeded to the female bathroom where I felt the only possible way to use the facilities without contracting something from the toilet was to 'hover', which might me a technique some of you are familiar with. If this is the standard of cleanliness for the facilities that the public can actually see and use, I dread to think what the hygiene is like in the back kitchen.

New Technology in this McDonald's .. usually I use Drive Through which is also new - feel you don't get enough time to look at menu board before you have to speak and order - cars behind you so I've felt rushed at times. Way it's meant to work possibly? Staff all been nice. Inside was spotless when I visited with quick service once I understood what to do!! Food - McDonald's - Happy Meal with toy & asked for balloon so happy days for wee one. Seating area at front which is also good weather allowing. Always got space in car park when wanted so no worries there either. Busy school times as very near so avoid then if wanting quiet to eat/read. No problems go tryx no

This is a small outlet with ample space for parking. This is a drive through outlet and waiting time is very less...Outside space is also available...

EMPLOYEES ARE HORRIBLE!!! Leaving the worst review on this McDonald’s branch because it is absolutely shocking at how low the service is. This branch is a mess and needs some serious checks as it is not up to standard at ALL. Employees are slow as hell they don’t even act or look properly trained. Everyone in this Main Street McDonald’s is lazy. They see customers waiting at the till, makes direct eye contact and ignores the customers or gives them a look. Every time I wait at least 10mins for an employee to take my order. Keeping in mind I see a lot of employees free and instead have a chit chat away with their colleagues!! Did they come here to work or for a bit of social time?? The service is very very slow not organised at all and is just a mess. Always getting the orders wrong employees are so rude at this branch when taking ur order keeping in mind they’ve made u wait for so long for no reason u can clearly see they are just chitchatting. The utter rudeness to see customers waiting for u and just ignoring them. Needs a faster and efficient service!! I don’t even think there’s enough employees that are mature and know how to do their job in this branch just shut this business down. Takes at least 15mins just to make a small order as well I can go on there for just one cheeseburger and they’ll call my order out 15mins later. Such a time waste everyone in this business is a mess and don’t know how to work properly and they know it!! Recruit better employees and train them properly up to standard because this McDonald’s is a serious mess and needs to be...

Just been here 20 minutes ago. First time I've actually felt really upset driving away from a McDonald's. Went through initial screen towards the end of my order the girl who is placing my order is too busy speaking with whoever is working with her and laughing away all whilst trying to take my order. Go through to next window and she is standing there on a day dream whilst I'm waiting to pay. To then go to final window and the man tries to pass me the wrong drink and when I tell him I ordered something different and could I also have some curry sauce he acts really annoyed and starts saying several times to staff to make my drink and that I want something else now. Whereas this isn't the case he gives me the drink back and I ask again for curry sauce and he makes me repeat myself 6 times and acts as if he can't hear me all whilst smirking just because they got the order wrong. I come here regularly but I'd rather make the trip further than come back as this isn't the first time. I'd also like to add the chips weren't actually cooked properly either so I couldn't even feed my son his meal but I didn't even feel...

The previous reviews of the worst staff are spot on. And my experience was with a drive through today. After informing them of my order the lady at the other end directed me to go to counter #1 for collection of my order. As you drive through counter #2 comes first where apparently you have to pay for your order. The lady at this counter I assume is the same rude person taking orders at the other end. I stopped my car at counter 2 and waited but this rude person ignored me and was simply taking orders from other cars behind me in the drive through. So I drove to counter #1 after waiting a minute assuming that I had to pay at the second counter as the lady had already told me to go to counter #1. However when I reached the counter I was told that they don't accept payment at this counter and I should have paid at the previous counter. They told me to drive all the way back through, no apologies whatsoever.

So I simply drove out. Will never go to this horrible...
