Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Great Britain

This was just shameful from Morrisons management. I was looking forward to an All Day Breakfast which are usually good within various Morrisons cafés across the country. I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes for hot food as there wasn't enough clean cutlery as they were short of staff so I decided on a piece of carrot cake. The cafe was a complete mess with dirty tables everywhere. It was also cold in the cafe and in the supermarket. There were 2 older ladies and one younger lady who were all trying their best to do different jobs. I waited and waited for my cake so when I went to ask the younger lady where it was she said the lady on the till should have told me to help myself but when I did get the cake it was moist and tasty. Surely Morrisons must put extra staff on even if only in the busy periods. This is not fare on the remaining staff. The store staff were under as much pressure too. I have come across this with different Morrisons cafés in various locations. If the big supermarkets paid their hard working shop staff more then the staffing situation...

Brought all our Order all wrong fish and fish fingers over done inedible had to get new which they didnt seem happy about . Bread and butter hard n dry .
