We alway use this fish and chip shop , food always fresh hot and delicious and staff always nice But on this occasion due to bad service by a member of staff (Friday 12th) we will need to rethink this . This girl with dirty blonde greasy hair tied back in a pony tail was extremely rude and bad attitude without reason ,right from the start before we even said or placed our order! maybe having a bad day but no need to take it out on the customer. First time served by a rude person here . Possibly the last...

Once again the order was wrong, Cheese all over the pasta, debate over the refund I requested because I no longer want the pasta (last time I waited 40 mins.) the drive came to give me my refund, I was shocked to see they still charged me £9 for garlic bread and delivery despite ruining my meal and evening, unbelievably bad practice.

Such a shame as the food can be really nice but too many times now it’s been wrong and the poor way they deal with it is...

initially there was an issue with my order, since there was a typo on the website. As soon as I called, I received a phone call back in less than 2 mins to say that they hadn't noticed this problem before and that they will offer me a full refund. So at least if you look at other negative reviews the restaurant knows when they're in the wrong and not. All I had to do was get in contact with just eat and the whole process didn't take any longer...
