Probably the worst "parmo" I've had bar Crsipy cod in Peterlee.

First of all, I ordered two parmos with tomato base rather than the usual béchamel and mixed cheese. After confirming this multiple times over the phone I still received 2 regular parmos.

The chicken breast was overcooked and far too thin, no more than 5mm at its thickest. The béchamel is more like a paste than a sauce and the cheese used is of very poor quality.

I couldn't eat half of half of this parmo which is a testament to how bad this meal was.

The chips are the usual crappy steak cut pizza shop chips, they're edible but only just.

The garlic sauce is nice and thick but does not taste good at all.

The story continues with the kebab meat which was more like rubber than meat.

The bottle of diet coke was warm so no good to drink with the meal.

The salad however was nice and fresh definitely the best part of the meal.

You guys should really change your name its very misleading.

Will not be returning, I'll stick to travelling south...

Just ordered my pizza from here .it was a 10"pepperoni with extra cheese and the pepperoni on top of the cheese so it gets crispy and smokey ,also the pep oil gets into the pizza . And I received it took it home and boom ......the best takeaway pizza I have had since I was a kid . Unbelievable Geoff .i also love the chilli sauce with that hint of mint . Superbly done . Had the Parmo the other night as well and as I'm from teeside originaly I'm usually quite critical but it was awesome .a little bit to much betch ,but non the less .its better to have and not need ,than need and not have . 10 / 10 guys n girls ........I don't need to shop around anymore .keep up the good...

Have used this takeaway a few times over the past few months & we have liked everything we have bought, which is the donner meat, chicken wraps, parmos, chicken & sweetcorn pizzas. My toddler daughters like their kids chicken nuggets.

The only suggestion I'd make is maybe a bit more choice on the kids menu (I think there are 3 options: nuggets, donner meat & something else). We've only had one order go wrong where a portion of chips were missing but by the time u get home & realise, there's not much point in going back.

We're quite new to the area & found the staff nice and the owner, I presume, very welcoming and chatty which is a great first impression when u move...
