NEVER ORDERING FROM SIAN COTTAGE AGAIN!!!!

Ordered a meal via their app on Saturday night and have to say I will never order again from them, ordered the meal at 5.15pm and got an alert to say they needed another 25 minutes to prepare the order with a new delivery time of 6.30pm.

The scheduled delivery time came and went, tried calling and phone was constantly engaged, when I eventually got through the person who answered the phone said they would get the order out as they were extremely busy. I asked for the order to be delivered by 7.30pm and they said they would have it to me by the time I requested which was fine, delivery still hadn't arrived by 7.45pm so phoned again, got a rude delivery driver on the phone who said he didn't have time for this and he handed the phone to someone else.

Delivery arrived at 7.55pm whilst I was still on the phone complaining to the management, the delivery driver was very aggressive and started shouting at me whilst I was on the phone. Tried to say I wasn't shouting at him and tried to show him I was on the phone to his boss, he wasn't interested and continued to be rude and aggressive. Asked him to get off my property to which he replied I had anger issues and he continued to come back onto the property, he eventually left and we opened the meal to find items we hadn't ordered and items missing. Meal was lukewarm at best and had to be reheated in the microwave which left it inedible.

The management/owners of Sian Cottage need to stop taking on to many orders and also need to address the issues with this particular delivery driver who appears to have anger...

Disappointed as we were recommended,was looking forward to it as I heard it’s the best,our chow mien was so dry,bbq sauce was so watery ,and we never received our chips ,so I phoned they said we will send them out but time they came we had finished our meal as we didn’t eat it all due to it not being nice,so I phoned them to say just to leave the chips and get a refund but they’re were already on their way so the chips went in the bin ,so while I was on the phone I told them about my chow mien being dry and not receiving the chips he said I will tell the chef no apology nothing,i said will u sort the refund out yes,this was Saturday night and this is now Wednesday and no refund very disappointed just won’t be...

Sian cottage Clackmannan WHAT A JOKE !!!!! firstly half the order was missing , phoned straight away was told that missing items would be cooked and sent straight out , hour later still no appearence so called again. Told that they would recook whole meal and send out as they can't refund. Two and half hours after order originally arrived they come to collect cold food , which was binned, with no replacement order. Either shut the app or only take orders through the app. Get your stuff sorted !! Would leave no...
