Went out for a dinner, got pick up from hotel to restaurant in a wet weather, which is a plus. Nice staff but not so well trained. The entree and meal we chose were awesome! We love it and it was yum! But not so much the sides and the dessert. We have ordered the truffle fries and it came out without any hint of truffle oils. The duck fat potato just like a regular steamed potato with salt. The dessert came out without the presentation it supposed to, ask the wait staff said that it was collapsed! For my understanding it should be sent back to kitchen to remake or fix it before it sent to customer table. Not mention the only one raspberry for decoration has few black bits which means a bit mouldy, and not even whiskey-soaked. The down to the kids meal, kids age 5 or under should be free but show on the bill at first place, since the wait staff served us know but not the billing satff. Overall, Good food but still need...

Fantastic location with beautiful views. Good quality food. Neither of these is enough to overcome the unprofessional staff working there. I'm sure management is the root of the issue, however I can tell you that the waiter with the bold haircut that looked like a combover mohawk hair style is far more interested in his looks than his profession. 50 minutes to get a drink. Order came out wrong. Nothing about the meal was right except the quality of the food we eventually received. Thanks to the kitchen, but wow, fire the front end staff including the waiters and bar staff. It's like it was their first day, and the food isn't cheap! 23 pounds for a Caesar salad with chicken, or a hamburger. ...

Visited this on recommendation during our stay at the hotel. The hotel in general was top class. This restaurant was a huge let down. The location was great n beautiful. Some of the staff were lovely. Food was overpriced. Lobster was undercooked no flavour no sides served for a £80 lobster ! No courtesy from the manager or chef when feedback was given regarding poor quality of food served for price paid to even acknowledge concerns which was very disappointing in what should be a 5 star service attached to a fab hotel !
