Subway — Restaurant in Great Britain

Very rude staff. They dont care about sevice. I asked for a spoon and she refused saying they only give with salad in a very rude tone...said we get 100s of customers everyday and we cant just keep giving spoons away. I said its not that everyone is going to ask for a spoon...lost my business from now on....counter us unmanned many a time. Spoke to the petrol pump manager and he said should have got it. Common courtesy got lost somewhere in the need...

Staff is not very intelligent! Every time we go , there some issues. - ice cold coffee or coffee machine not working, missing cookie when you paid for , they don’t know how to apply coupon...
