Subway — Restaurant in Great Britain

Came in for two subs last Saturday. Been a long time customer on subway so I always order the same. This time, the miserable woman flat out refused to customise my sub. She put what she wanted on there. Kept saying "subway only do set sandwiches" which I know is complete and utter codswallop. Did not enjoy my sub as she put things on it I hate. Didn't catch her name but she was more preoccupied with being told to do the late shift and how her plans were now ruined. Ill never use this...

All round what you would expect from a Subway. However, they will charge you for two 6 inch subs if you want half and half on a footlong (and are willing to pay footlong price at the most expensive ones price). I am not sure if this is normal procedure or them...
