Superb Pizza & Kebab — Restaurant in Great Britain

First time ordering from this place and most definitely will be the last. Firstly me and my partner ordered the deal of two 10” pizzas, cheesy garlic bread, coleslaw, 1.5L bottle of drink and cheesecake for £20. We ordered a farmhouse with sweetcorn. And a bbq pizza with bacon, chicken, sausage ( not sure what it’s called ) and he added doner meat. The food arrived. My farmhouse didn’t have sweetcorn which we asked for we were confused and then we opened my boyfriends pizza box to see he had sweetcorn on his. He can’t eat sweetcorn so therefore he couldn’t eat his pizza. We rang up to be told it’s what I ordered when it wasn’t. He wouldn’t listen so I ended up hanging up. So that was ruined firstly, secondly the 1.5L bottle of drink was actually a small can of drink. Lastly the cheesecake was completely frozen .. so we can’t actually eat it until it’s defrosted .. it’s actually laughable how horrendous this was! Will never...

Out of 3 orders, I have had only one that wasn't warm enough. The first 2 were much quicker than the previous one (last night, Tuesday) ... I would give a 5* otherwise. I have had 3 times, Chicken doner, Chicken Nugents, Lamb doner, Chicken wrap, onion rings, side salad, garlic mushrooms. It was tasty! I will try out more and definitely going to use Superb Pizza in the future! Mind you, I did order through the website! Very convenient, easy to use. Also, you gain loyalty points then you are free to use at any time! They are sending you a text message and call you when your food at your doorstep. And you have the invoice by email. Ordered from here expecting quick delivery via Uber eats… never used this take away before so it’s always nervous when trying somewhere new to eat from. After about 5 phone calls 4 of which were ignored and went unanswered someone picked the phone up, at first didn’t have our name down for an order and then found us. Said give me 12 mins… that was at 20.16 and food arrived at 9pm having already waited over an hour and a half for food to arrive. Food is not hot hot but hot enough to eat. Hadn’t researched enough before ordering and noticed this place only has a 2 star rating. Having been through food poisoning elsewhere years ago I’m terrified I’m going to get sick! Staff were polite. Delivery driver was very apologetic for being so late. Won’t be ordering...
