The Original Manzil Tandoori — Restaurant in Great Britain

I haven't had a Mixed Kebab for a fair few years, so decided to treat myself to one from this take - away shop, which is located in Kirkmuirhill South Lanarkshire. I have to say the inside of the premises just looks dowdy and lots of grease, no hair coverings or gloves worn and I was there a good 20mins didn't see one person washing their hands. The food the Manzil Special, which cost £13 plus a portion of chips, was really not worth the money. The meat was very salty to taste and I like a bit of salt half the meat was cold, the kebab meat was also luke warm to say the least, the hottest part of the meal was the chips. I would never use this take away again, it is bad, overpriced and dirty inside. I am not sure how they have a decent rating from others, but each to their own I guess. I threw most of the meal away, really not good. Such a shame because it could be a great take away. For me if I was to try and say anything positive I would really struggle, I will never ever go back to this...

Ordered via Just Eat...after waiting over an hour status was delivered however no food....called the restaurant who advised oh we don't deliver to your area. Asled ehy it allowed us to order then. Eventually they saod they would deliver but would take a while as busy. Waited another hour only for a stranfer on our street to come to the door and deliver our order as she was in picking up her own food and they asked her to bring ours to us!!! Why on earth did we pay them £2.50 delivery charge for a total stranger to bring our food to us. They pocketed the money and got a neighbour to deliver for then what a joke. Finally sit down to the worst cold soggy awful tasting food I have ever had in my life couldn't even eat a quarter of the meal. Both meals as equally disgusting as the next. God awful. Do not order from this...

Ordered a pizza and it was awful, was so stale that the crust had fallen off and was at the side of the pizza box , was totally tasteless and doughy, we had a problem before which was rectified immediately and the pizza was fantastic , and we were told to order a fresh base from now on. which we have done on on many occasions with no complaints , but really disappointed when returning the delivery we received tonight back to the shop the customer service was appalling and a follow up phone call was awful ,...
