Placed an order at 6pm and the website advised it would be with me in 60 minutes. Called around 7.45pm to ask about my order and was told they are running behind and order will be with me within a further 15/20 minutes. Food came just before 8.10pm and was cold with no sauces. (Everytime iv ordered, we have collected and have received sauces with our order). So i called the shop again and asked about the sauces, was told they will send them out straight away then i get a call from them saying i didn't ask for them and the woman (Nicole) started arguing with me over the phone all the whilst my food was getting even colder and then she decides to rudely hang up on me and also not send any sauces. Disgusting customer service to say the least and overly priced as 2 burgers cost me over £25, you would think they could give atleast 1 tub of sauce for paying that much. Totally disappointed with the service i have received today and did not enjoy the food after i have been raving on about this place too. Will not be ordering again from a place with disgraceful customer service! Not to mention they have blocked me from their instagram page, totally...
Read moreOrder was missing the children's food. They apparently don't have a working phone, so we weren't able to ring them to bring the missing food. We could only Facebook message them. Unfortunately with no reply until gone 9pm, do we still want the kids burger? BIT LATE Not only were we missing part of the order, but what did arrive was cold! Obviously, complained to them for all of the above. They only offered to replace the kids burger. They refused to refund my order. After complaining further, they did then offer a replacement order (I wanted a refund but they kept refusing). So we agreed to a replacement order. They agreed they could bring it today at 5pm. 4:30pm rolls around, I'm getting the kids ready for dinner arriving... I get a Facebook message from smoking goat, they're not coming. Another let down. Around 7:30, after trying numerous times to get an update from uber eats, I decided to contact the restaurant through Facebook because the phone number they put on uber eats and on the website does not exist. The person answered me quickly but was super unprofessional, he/she got mad because I was complaining about the waiting time. If I had known it would be over an hour late I would have ordered elsewhere. Anyway, my order arrived at 7:50 pm and it was disappointing! The food was totally cold, the chicken super dry, only half cheese and the bun was old, it was probably frozen. Horrible food, wouldn't even give that to my dog.
